How to place an order

To assure accuracy when placing your order, please have available when ordering:

1.Your customer account number with CET.

2.The OEM part No. & CET PN

3.A brief description of each item

 

Prices

CET makes every effort to present current and accurate pricing in its catalog. However, prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to current pricing at time of acceptance by CET.

 

Freight & shipping

CET's warehouse is open and staffed Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm east coast Time (US), subject to holidays. Orders are shipped only on these business days. Orders and correspondence received on Saturday and Sunday will be addressed/shipped on the following Monday and included in that day's business.

Shipping or freight charges and insurance will be paid by the customer. All sales are made EXW point in CET’s warehouse: 425 Paramount Drive, Raynham, MA 02767.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on shipments in most states that have a sales tax, unless we have your resale certificate. Fax your certificate and your customer number to 508-802-9975, Attention: Sales Tax.

 

Payment

CET offers a number of convenient payment methods:

Wire transfer, Check, money order, MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and C.O.D. as well as open account credit to qualified institutions and businesses.

To obtain a credit application for open account credit, contact any sales representative for credit application by calling 508-802-9959 or faxing 508-802-9975. Please allow 30 days for the credit approval process. To avoid delay on your initial order you may elect an alternative payment method. Your credit card will be charged on the day your product is shipped.

If a check you give us for payment is dishonored for any reason by the bank or other institution on which it is drawn, you agree to pay us $20.00 as a service charge In addition; you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection agency that we may use for collection.

The payment will be paid based on the payment terms given, if payment is not received within 5 days from the date of the past due invoice, a 2% penalty based on invoice value with be charged.

CET will be charging a shipping and handling fee for all credit card orders over $3000. Please contact your sales associate for details.
