Construction of CET's Second Production Building was completed in November 2011, and the building was then put into operation. The new production building has 5,000 square meters of floor space. The CET plastic injection, mold, drum unit, and other production shops were completely relocated in February 2012. The spacious production site and the complete production facilities provide an improved production environment while also increasing the production efficiency of each shop.

The plastic injection shop is located on the first floor of the new production building. It is equipped with 14 plastic injection machines, of which two are 380-ton machines that meet the company's independent production requirements for large drum unit and fuser frames and for other large-piece plastic products. In addition, all production machines are equipped with independently developed, top-quality, domestic, full-function plastic injection robotic arms for conducting operator-less operations. Not only do they raise the production efficiency of the plastic injection shop and reduce the labor operating costs of the company, but also they ensure the stability of product quality.

The Mold Division was established on the second floor of the new production building. To take advantage of the increase in shop area, the company added two completely new, numerically-controlled machining centers, four numerically-controlled milling machines, and several surface grinding machines, as well as electrical discharge, wire-cutting, and boring machines and other such mold machining equipment. This equipment has given a major boost to the mold making capabilities of CET's Mold Division. At the same time, the CET Mold Division has ceaselessly investigated and attained a mastery over the essentials of designing and making large, high-precision molds. The improvements in this equipment have played a critical role in CET's patent-less independent research, development, and production and in assuring development of new products.

CET's drum unit shop was established on the third floor. 1,000 square meters of production area helps the shop to carry out simultaneous production of multiple product models. At the same time, the CET drum unit shop is in continuous pursuit of ever better production flows, and it is continually perfecting product testing and quality control measures so as to lay a solid foundation for ensuring OEM quality of CET drum units.

CET, as always, is ceaselessly improving product quality.
